Up2detimetours acknowledge that there may be various reasons why you may have a change in your plans. This can then result in you choosing to cancel your booking. You have the right to cancel your booking and receive a refund. Please see below the following policies regarding our various tours.
Volcano Tours:
· A minimum deposit of 30% to confirm your booking
· This tour must be booked at least 1 week in advance
· Full payment 48 hours before the tour
· 100% free cancellation or changes to your tour up to 48 hours
· 100% refund 48 hours before the tour
· 50% Refund for cancellations 24 hours before the tour
· 0% Refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour
Rainforest Tours:
· A minimum deposit of 20% to confirm your booking
· This tour must be booked at least 1 week in advance
· Full payment 48 hours before the tour
· 100% free cancellation or changes to your tour up to 48 hours
· 100% refund 48 hours before the tour
· 50% Refund for cancellations 24 hours before the tour
· 0% Refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour
Experience St Kitts:
· Payment to confirm your booking, minimum deposit applies at 25%
· 100% of payment 48 hours before the tour.
· 100% refund 48 hours before the tour.
· 50% Refund for cancellations 24 hours before the tour.
In the event of bad weather conditions or any other reasons where WE must cancel the tour, we will provide you with a 100% refund. This is the only other compensation that can be issued for canceled tours.
